“It was good fun, it’s nice to be back in Scotland. I’ve not been back for about 18 months and I need to make more of a habit of it.”

Hint? It wasn’t John Lloyd.

Murray played quite well. Neither were exceptional. I’d rate them both 4/5. Well Rafa was probably 4.1.

When Nadal was on top he won ALL the games. When Murray was “bossing it” they SHARED the games.

It’s all in Murray’s head. He believes he is 4th best.

Still, I’m backing him to win Wimbledon.

But Judy defo needs to leave Team Murray, and be his full-time Mum.

Ah well Andy, a few games of FIFA and some Tweets and you’ll be right.

See you Monday at Queens Club!

I’m not naming names, but just airing a few of what i might consider to be potential concerns.

1) lactose-intolerant

2) looks gaunt

3) more energy than ever

4) isn’t that good to begin with

5) saved by bad light in 3rd round which is similar to asking for a doctor

I wish I could be more specific but we’ve already got the Ethics Committee on our tails due to Alex’s outrageous spending habits to secure interviews.

Stay tuned though. I’m going underground.

28 consecutive grand-slam quarter-finals is very very good, I’m sure you’ll agree?

Can’t wait to play that lactose-intolerant mofo.

The drugs don’t work, they just make you worse…..

Mats Wilander won eight grand slam titles.  Stefan Edberg won six.  Jim Courier even won a few.  Andy Murray hasn’t but he’ll definitely have at least one more chance in his life.  Novak Djokovic isn’t the real deal and will not be a factor two Sundays from now.

These are a few simple facts from the Tennis Doctor.

More facts?  If you dream the outcome of a match, put money on it – it will happen.

Breaking news: Wozniacki not the best woman’s tennis player in the world.

Shame, as I know she plays a lot of tennis to remain in the top-10.  But as she has never won a grand slam title, how can she be called the best woman’s player in the world?

Aha.  I agree.  She’s not.  She’s probably a nice person though, and that has to count for something. (nothing).

It's all about the love you make, not the love you take.

So not only has Dr. Evil, Ivan Lendl, come out and offered his coaching experience (nil) to Andy Pandy.  Even worse, as far as our resident mad-man is concerned, superstar tennis king Roger ‘Feddy’ Federer has offered sympathy and encouragement to ‘our Andy’.

Roger Federer, a 16-time major winner, is confident the Scot will rediscover his best form. “Andy not playing well for three tournaments is not that big a surprise for me,” he said.

“I struggled hugely when I was between 19 and 23, so for it to happen once in a while, I don’t think it’s that much of a worry. It’s important he picks it up before the French [Open] and Wimbledon but he’s too good a player to continue like this, so he’ll be all right.”

The difference is somebody was able to make their own tea at age 20, and the other is not able to do so.
